Attorney Biography

J. Paul Fitzgerald has fifty years of experience working with the residents of Pensacola and Florida’s panhandle. He dedicates an undivided amount of time to listening to clients throughout Pensacola in order to understand the full scope of their issues. Paul also to discusses and develops a strategy or solution with them, assured it works for the client, and then executes the legal solution with dexterity and efficiency.

J. Paul Fitzgerald is a Pensacola lawyer who also assists clients in related matters, such as foreclosure defense, consumer litigation, and estate planning. He serves Santa Rosa and Escambia counties, including Milton, Pace, Jay, Gulf Breeze, and Navarre from the firm’s Milton office.
