James W. Wyatt, also known as Jim Wyatt, moved to Little Rock, Arkansas in the year of 1983. There, he attended and graduted North Little Rock Northeast High School. After law school, he moved back to his town of North Little Rock to live with his wive and children.

Today, Jim is part of the Arkansas criminal defense attorneys at Montgomery, Adams, & Wyatt PC.   He has argued the Arkansas Supreme Court and U.S. Cour tof Appeals, Eight Circuit.   Jim has had experienced serving as special judge in Pulaski County District and Circuit Courts.  He is a speaker at criminal law seminars for the CLE or Continuing Legal Education.   The firm is death penalty qualified and has been the lead counsel in capital murder adn death penalty cases throughout the state.    He also has handled federal cases including drug cases, white collar fraud, and federal health care fraud.  Further, he maintains a civil litigation practice.
