Nolan has attended and graduated in B.A. from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1975 and earned his Juris Doctor from University of Arkansas School of Law in 1978. He was admitted to Arkansas Bar to practice law in 1978. Since graduating from law school, Bennett has focused his law practice on helping people in personal injury law, including auto accident, trucking accident, motor vehicle accidents and wrongful deaths.

Mr. Nolan has an extensive experience in personal injury law as well as insurance law. James W. Wyatt, also known as Jim Wyatt, moved to Little Rock, Arkansas in the year of 1983. There, he attended and graduted North Little Rock Northeast High School. After law school, he moved back to his town of North Little Rock to live with his wive and children.
