Born in Detroit, Michigan on July 16th 1952, Bennett S. Nolan enrolled in the University of Arkansas where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 1975. Upon graduation, he immediately began attending the law school at the University Of Arkansas School Of Law. It wasn’t until 1978 until Bennett received his Juris Doctor degree from the university located in Fayetteville.
