William L. Bodensteiner is a bankruptcy attorney with more than 25 years of insight into debt relief and financial recovery.

William L. Bodensteiner’s background uniquely qualifies him to navigate the financial hardships his clients face.   He is sympathetic to families facing bankruptcy and provides the quality legal services that he himself would want from attorneys representing him.

Bill was 32 when he decided to go to law school. A veteran of the U.S. military, Bill worked paycheck-to-paycheck at a meat packing plant for several years before he moved his wife and child to Indiana to attend law school. True to his roots, when he graduated from Valparaiso University’s School of Law with a J.D. in 1983, he and his family returned to Minnesota, where Bill has been practicing as a Rochester bankruptcy attorney ever since.
